Q: Can we host QA Sphere inside our own infrastructure?

Not yet - on-premises deployment is still in development. The On-Premises page has a waiting list, and we will talk through your requirements sooner if policy rules out a vendor cloud. Meanwhile the cloud runs on AWS with encrypted transport, role-based access control, two-factor authentication and GDPR compliance.

Q: Can we separate environments and restrict who sees what?

Yes. Each product or entity can be its own project with its own library and runs, and you choose which projects each member can reach - a Test Runner or Viewer can be granted just one project, chosen on the invite and changeable later in Settings > Members. They see that project and nothing else in the workspace, and Viewer seats are free on paid plans.

Q: How is QA Sphere itself secured?

Encrypted transport, role-based access control and two-factor authentication on every plan, with SSO through Google on Standard, and SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM provisioning and a SIEM-ready audit log on Business. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

Q: Can we get our data back out for reporting or GRC tooling?

Yes. The test case library exports to CSV, every report exports to XLSX, and runs, results and coverage are all reachable through the REST API, so they can feed the risk dashboards and GRC systems you already report into. Nothing is locked in a format only QA Sphere reads.

Q: What happens after the free trial?

That depends on the size of your workspace. Three users or fewer and it can move to the Free plan, so you keep working. Above that, access is suspended when the 30 days end and the account is deleted 14 days later - so subscribe, or trim the workspace to Free-tier size, before the trial expires.
