Bring modern test management to your clients, or to your own product. Two ways to partner with us, with no tiers to climb and no certification exams to pass.
Two programs, one team behind them. Pick the one that matches how you work, or apply for both.
For consultancies, QA service providers, and software resellers.
You advise teams on testing, run their QA, or sell software into your local market. Add QA Sphere to what you already offer, with a share of every license you sell, a listing in our directory, and a direct line to our team.
Apply as a Solution PartnerFor tool vendors building an integration.
You make a testing, automation, CI, or dev tool that would work better connected to QA Sphere. Build it with our REST API, CLI, or MCP server, and we will feature it, document it, and take it to market together.
Apply as a Technical PartnerYou are likely a fit if your company:
Delivers QA and testing services, whether manual, automation, or full outsourced QA teams.
Consults on testing process, helping clients pick tools, migrate off legacy systems, and set up workflows that stick.
Resells software, especially in markets where buyers need local invoicing, local currency, or a procurement contract with a local entity.
Implements and integrates, connecting test management to Jira, GitHub, Linear, Azure DevOps, or CI pipelines.
You do not need to be big. Some of the best partners are three-person consultancies with deep client relationships.
We agree your rate with you on the intro call. It depends on the size of the client and on how much of the sale and the delivery you take on, so there is no single number to quote here.
Your company, logo, services, and a direct contact link on our public partners page.
Bring us into client calls. We run the demo and answer the security questionnaire, and you own the relationship.
We handle TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, and TestLink migrations for your clients, hands-on rather than a link to the docs.
Joint case studies, webinars, and blog posts. If you have a story worth telling, we will help you tell it.
Quarterly product calls. Your clients' feature requests go straight to the people building the product.
A shared channel with the founders and the support team. No ticket queue, no partner portal to log into.
Not a contract full of quotas. Just three things:
One person on your side who knows QA Sphere well enough to demo it.
Honest positioning: recommend us where we genuinely fit, and tell us where we do not.
A note when a deal is in play, so we do not cross wires.
If your tool touches testing, whether that is automation frameworks, device and browser clouds, CI/CD, observability, requirements management, or AI coding agents, there is a good chance our users are already using both.
Full read and write access to projects, cases, runs, and results.
Push automated test results into runs from any pipeline.
Connect QA Sphere to AI-powered IDEs and coding agents.
React to run and result events in real time.
A dedicated page for your integration, written properly, kept current, and linked from our docs.
A launch blog post on both sides, a co-hosted webinar if it fits, and coordinated announcements to both audiences.
A shared channel with our team while you build. Real answers, not a support queue.
API changes reach you before they reach the changelog.
Have a working integration, or a plan for one? Send us the outline. We will review it, tell you honestly whether we think our users want it, and if we agree, we will help you ship it.
Submit your integrationFour steps from first note to live partner.
Fill in a short form. It takes about three minutes.
A 30-minute conversation to understand your business and see whether this makes sense for both sides. No pitch.
We walk your team through the product and hand over what you need to sell or build.
You get your directory listing and your partner materials. We are on call from there.
Timeline: most partners are live within two weeks of first contact.
Teams choose QA Sphere when their old tool has become slow, cluttered, or expensive. That migration conversation is a service opportunity for you.
Free for up to 3 users, $12/user/month on Standard, $24 on Business. Easy to get approved, easy to expand.
Test case generation, bulk creation, and AI-assisted issue reporting, which are the parts of QA that eat hours.
You will deal with the people who build the product. Feature requests get real responses.
No. There is no joining fee, no annual fee, and no minimum sales commitment.
You earn a share of every license you sell or refer. We agree the rate with you during the intro call, because it depends on the size of the client and on how much of the sale and the delivery you take on.
No exams. We will train your team properly during onboarding, and that is the only requirement.
QA Sphere is free for up to 3 users, so you can run your own testing on it from day one and know the product properly before you sell it. If your team is larger, tell us during onboarding.
Yes. This is one of the main reasons the program exists. If your clients cannot buy directly from a foreign SaaS vendor, you can be the contracting party.
Not at all. Different clients need different tools, and we would rather you recommend honestly than exclusively.
Solution Partners sell and deliver QA Sphere to clients. Technical Partners build product integrations. If both describe you, apply for both and mention it in the form.
No. There are no tiers to climb and no status to maintain. If the program grows to the point where tiers make sense, existing partners get the best of whatever we introduce.
